The reproductive rights advocacy organization A is For presented Broadway Acts for Women: A Star-Studded Night of Karaoke and Comedy September 30 at Feinstein's/54 Below. Saturday Night Live's Cecily Strong and Emmy winner and Tony nominee Martha Plimpton hosted the evening.
Performers for the evening included Grammy and Tony nominee Sara Bareilles, Tony winner Brandon Victor Dixon, Head Over Heels stars Bonnie Milligan and Jeremy Kushnier, Deborah Cox, comic Rashida Olayiwola, Tony nominee Ariana DeBose, and Olivier winner Lesli Margherita.
Downtown comic Amanda Duarte served as the auctioneer with musical direction by Dan Lipton with the A is For house band.
The night featured performances from artists who support access to reproductive healthcare. Audience members had the chance to bid on their favorite Broadway stars singing the song of their choice.
