News Sharon Gless Will Again Star in Round-Heeled Woman, This Time in FL; GableStage Season Announced Sharon Gless star in the new play A Round-Heeled Woman at GableStage in Coral Gables, FL, in winter 2011. Playing a sexually liberated older woman seeking connection, Gless appeared in the San Francisco world premiere in early 2010.

Performances will play Florida Dec. 30, 2010-Jan. 30, 2011. Subtitled My Late-Life Adventures in Sex and Romance, the play by Jane Prowse is adapted from the book by Jane Juska.

In the Southeastern premiere, according the GableStage notes, "A retired school teacher who has not had sex in 30 years sets out to remedy the situation by placing an ad in the personals in the New York Review of Books. Her sexual adventures and the resulting emotional entanglements are both comic and touching. This is the true story of a woman who decides that there is still time to pursue passion with a vengeance."

Gless is the multiple Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actress known for her work in "Burn Notice," "Queer as Folk" and "Cagney & Lacey."
