News Sharon McNight, Klea Blackhurst, Nellie McKay, Baby Jane Dexter Will Be Part of MAC Awards Presenters and performers have been announced for The 25th Annual MAC Awards Show, which will be presented May 10 at 7:30 PM at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill.

Lennie Watts will direct the evening with musical direction by Steven Ray Watkins; Christine Pedi will host.

Scheduled to appear as performers and presenters are Jane Monheit, Johnny Rodgers, Uptown Express, Natalie Douglas, Sharon McNight, Julie Gold, Klea Blackhurst, Nellie McKay, Baby Jane Dexter, Tommy Femia, Judy Barnett, Ricky Ritzel, Bobby Peaco, Rick Jensen, Ritt Henn, Lorinda Lisitza, Karen Mack, Sue Matsuki, Miles Phillips, Danielle Grabianowski, Ben Cherry, Daryl Glenn, Bradshaw Smith, Helen Baldassare, Jay Rogers, Lina Koutrakos, Barry Kleinbort, Ruby Rims, Jamie deRoy and Scott Barnes.

In honor of the silver anniversary of the MAC Awards, MAC, according to press notes, will shine its spotlight on "our wonderful and talented community of performers, clubs, members and people behind the scenes who make the magic happen each night." MAC will commemorate 25 years of award winners throughout the show.

The evening's special honorees are Annie Ross, who will be presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award; George Sanders, who will receive the Board of Directors Award; and Marianne Challis, who will receive the Hanson Award.
