Joining Sheik for the 8 PM performance is original Spring Awakening cast member Lauren Pritchard, who created the role of the free-spirited Ilse in the Tony-winning hit musical.

The concert promises songs from Spring Awakening as well as Sheik's upcoming theatre projects. Along with Spring Awakening co-creator Steven Sater, Sheik is at work on the musicals The Nightingale and Nero. Sheik is also penning the musical stage project Whisper House, which will coincide with an album of the same title.

In addition to his theatrical endeavors, Sheik is slated to perform songs from his recording career, including the hit single "Barely Breathing." His albums include his self-titled 1996 debut as well as "Humming," "Phantom Moon," Daylight" and "White Limousine." Sheik has scored the films "A Home at the End of the World" and "The Cake Eaters."

Pritchard departed the Broadway production of Spring Awakening in February to record her forthcoming album for Sony/BMG Records. Spring Awakening marked the Broadway debut of the smoky, soulful-voiced Tennessee native.
