Michael Unger directs a cast that includes Deanne Bray, Matthew Jaeger, Casey Kramer, Jennifer Losi, Darrin Revitz, Lindsay Evans and Amber Zion. According to Deaf West, "Based on the true story of the Papin sisters, who suffered an abusive childhood followed by a dark and foreboding workplace in 1930s France, My Sister in This House is a haunting play exploring class struggle, identity, and what happens when the need for connection and companionship is abused and ignored. This bizarre tale inspired many writers of the era, including Jean Genet and Jean Paul Sartre. The divide between the deaf and the hearing worlds provide added thematic weight to the world in which the Papin sisters live."

As in all Deaf West productions, the actors are drawn from a mix of the deaf and hearing, and a combination of ASL, spoken word and open captioning is used to perform the play.

Laura Hill produces, with David Kurs acting as associate producer and American Sign Language Master.

The creative team includes scenic designer Tom Buderwitz, costume designer A. Jeffrey Schoenberg, lighting designer Leigh Allen, sound designer John Zalewski, projection designer Adam Flemming, hair and wig designer Carol Doran and properties designer Jennifer Prince.
