Heads will roll in St Paul, Minnesota, when Six arrives at Ordway Center for the Performing Arts November 29. The show will play a limited engagement through December 22, with a cast to be announced at a later date.

Six takes Henry VIII’s many wives and turns them into pop divas espousing feminist messages all the while telling their side of the story. Director Lucy Moss devised the show with Toby Marlow, who recently stepped into the role of Catherine Parr for two performances in London after a cast member fell ill.

Co-directed by Moss and Jamie Armitage, Six features choreography by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille, set design by Emma Bailey, costume design by Gabriella Slade, sound design by Paul Gatehouse, and lighting design by Tim Deiling. Tom Curran orchestrates with music supervision and vocal arrangements by Joe Beighton. The production is presented by arrangement with Kenny Wax, Wendy and Andy Barnes, George Stiles, and Kevin McCollum.

Six made its North American premiere in May of this year at Chicago Shakespeare Theater in Chicago, Illinois. The show will play limited engagements at American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) in Cambridge, Massachusetts, beginning August 21, before playing Citadel Theatre in Edmonton, Canada starting November 2.
