The concert, which also boasts the works of Jason Robert Brown, will include one song from each of Lippa's two new musicals, Jerry Christmas and A Little Princess.

Jerry Christmas is the story of a holiday television special starring a middle-aged entertainer named Jerry Bacon. Paul Spicer will perform Jerry Christmas' "A Holiday Secret" at the upcoming concert.

Julie Atherton will premiere "Live Out Loud," a tune from Lippa's A Little Princess, which is based on the classic novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett.

The one-night-only concert will also star Shona Lindsay and Damien Edwards. The evening will be directed by David Randall with musical direction and arrangements by Danny Whitby; musical staging is by Paul Spicer.

* Shona Lindsay has appeared in the West End productions of The Phantom of the Opera and Grease. Paul Spicer's London credits include The Witches of Eastwick, Fame and Taboo, and Julie Atherton received critical acclaim for her work as Sophie in the West End production of Mamma Mia! Damien Edwards currently plays Roy Orbison in the tour of The Roy Orbison Story.

Jason Robert Brown, who was the musical director and arranger for last season's short-lived Urban Cowboy, won the Tony Award for Best Score for his Broadway debut, Parade. His most recent musical, The Last Five Years, played a brief run at Off-Broadway's Minetta Lane Theatre, although the score was preserved on Sh-K-Boom Records with its two-person cast, Norbert Leo Butz and Sherie Rene Scott.

Andrew Lippa wrote the score for the Manhattan Theatre Club production of The Wild Party, which was nominated for 13 Drama Desk Awards, including Best Musical. His first musical, john & jen, was produced Off-Broadway in 1995. He also contributed songs to the Broadway revival of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown.

The Arts Theatre is located on Great Newport Street in London. Tickets range from £15-£25 and are available by calling 011 44 20 7836 3334. Show time is 7:30 PM.
