PlayBlog Stephen Mangan, Tamsin Grieg and Richard Griffiths to Co-star With Matt LeBlanc on "Episodes" A host of British theatre veterans, including Tony nominee Stephen Mangan, Olivier winner Tamsin Grieg and Tony and Olivier winner Richard Griffiths, will appear opposite "Friends" star Matt LeBlanc in the upcoming Showtime series "Episodes," according to an article in the New York Times.

Mangan (The Norman Conquests) and Grieg (Much Ado About Nothing, God of Carnage) play a British, married screenwriting team hired to remake their hit series for an American network. Their original series stars Griffiths (The History Boys, Equus) as the head of a boarding school, but the network wants the part recast with LeBlanc (who plays a version of himself) as a hockey coach. The series' title will have to be changed, too, from "Lyman's Boys" to "Pucks."

"Episodes," which is co-produced by Showtime and the BBC, is set to begin airing in January 2011.
