The 7:30 PM concert at the John Anson Ford Theatre will feature the West Coast premiere of songs from Schwartz's new opera, Séance on a Wet Afternoon, as well as tunes from the composer's many Broadway and film musicals. Expect performances by opera star Lauren Flanigan, Valarie Pettiford, Matt Cusson and Nathan Lee Graham.

Billy Porter will direct the one-night-only event with musical direction by Charity Wicks and Chris Bratten.

Stephen Schwartz penned the scores for Wicked, Godspell, Pippin and The Baker's Wife, among others.
