News Sullivan and Nadler to Throw A Swell Party in Honor of Cole Porter June 9 Musical duo KT Sullivan and Mark Nadler will celebrate Broadway songwriter Cole Porter's 117th birthday with A Swell Party: RSVP Cole Porter at Town Hall June 9.

Sullivan and Nadler — who have explored the musical catalogues of songwriters including Irving Berlin, the Gershwins, Stephen Sondheim, Jule Styne and Dorothy Fields, as well as Comden and Green — will be joined by jazz musician Loren Schoenberg for the commemorative evening.

Among the songs Sullivan and Nadler will perform include "It's Delovely," "I've Got You Under My Skin," "Let's Do It," "Brush Up Your Shakespeare," "Every Time We Say Goodbye," "Night and Day," "Begin the Beguine," "Experiment" and more.

In addition to her extensive cabaret and concert work, Sullivan has appeared on Broadway in Three Penny Opera and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. Recently Nadler performed in his Broadway-aimed solo show Tschaikowsky (and Other Russians) at the Prince Music Theater. That show is being reconceived with director Mark Waldrop on board and is aiming for a Broadway run.
