The 7 PM concert, titled What You Find in a Bottle, promises original folk songs by Kennedy. The actress is backed by musicians Rick Fox, Kevin Ramessar and Jaz Sealey, who also appeared in Superstar, as well as musician Michele Fox.
The concert also includes appearances by Superstar leading men Paul Nolan, who played Jesus, and Josh Young, who earned a 2012 Tony Award nomination for playing Judas.
Kennedy originated the role of Mary Magdalene in the recent Broadway revival of Superstar, which began life at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival in Ontario last summer. She also starred in the title role of the Stratford production of Evita.
