News "The After Party" to Welcome Alley, Johnson, Rimalower and Cruz Aug. 3 "The After Party," billed as "an informal social gathering for the theatrically inclined," will welcome Hollywood Arms' Lindsey Alley and Legally Blonde's Natalie Joy Johnson Aug. 3.

Natalie Joy Johnson will perform in cabaret on July 22 and August 31 at Ars Nova.

The evening will also feature appearances and performances by director Ben Rimalower, singer-actor Joshua Cruz, pianist Our Lady J and the cast of Williamsburg! The Musical.

Hosted by Brandon Cutrell and Alysha Umphress, "The After Party" at the Laurie Beechman Theatre features Ray Fellman at the piano. Cabaret favorite Lisa Asher is also part of the "Party" mix, where amateurs and professionals are invited to take turns at the open mic. The "Party" begins at 10:30 PM and continues to 2 AM.

Lindsey Alley has been seen on Broadway in Hollywood Arms and Off-Broadway in Look Ma…No Ears, Like It Is and A Room with a View. Natalie Joy Johnson is currently making her Broadway debut in Legally Blonde; her Off-Broadway credits include Bare: A Pop Opera, But I'm a Cheerleader and Joy. Ben Rimalower's New York directorial credits include The Fabulous Life of a Size Zero, Joy, Snoopy!, And/or and Sodom the Musical as well as the award-winning Leslie Kritzer Is Patti LuPone at Les Mouches. Joshua Cruz's New York credits include Rubirosa and If You Give a Mouse a Cookie; his regional credits include productions of A Chorus Line, Godspell and Guys and Dolls. Our Lady J's solo show, Our Lady J & The Pink Champagne Orchestra, sold out at the Ars Nova; other credits include Fame on 42nd Street, How to Save the World and Find True Love in 90 Minutes and the tours of The Music Man and Miss Saigon. Williamsburg! The Musical will be presented Aug. 11, 12, 13, 19 and 24 at the Village Theatre as part of the New York International Fringe Festival.

The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located within the West Bank Cafe at 407 West 42nd Street. There is no cover charge or minimum for "The After Party."
