It is described in press materials as an all-singing, all-dancing burlesque inspired revue with a contemporary twist, fusing the traditions of burlesque and bawdy cabaret with modern-day fashion, music and popular culture. It is directed by William Baker, who is best known for his creative work with Kylie Minogue that includes directing her world tours and music videos and the creation of her iconic image theatre. He made his directing debut in 2007 when he directed a "remixed" version of the musical Rent at the West End's Duke of York’s Theatre.

Music direction is by Steve Anderson, who has also worked extensively with Kylie Minogue, for whom he has been musical director since 1998 and worked on every tour and appearance including Showgirl, X and The Sydney Olympics as well as being her producer for songs such as "Confide In Me" and the "White Diamond" film score. Choreography is by Ashley Warren, who is currently working as choreographer on Ghost the Musical and associate choreographer on Madonna's film "W.E" due to be released in 2011. He also previously worked with Baker on choreographing Rent at the Duke of York’s Theatre, and has choreographed for many artists including Kylie Minogue, Dannii Minogue, James Morrison, Leona Lewis, Sugababes, Will Young, Lemar and Gabriella Cilmi.
