At the 9:30 PM concert DeBose, who plays Mary Wilson in Motown, was joined by Motown co-star Charl Brown and Chaplin's Jenn Colella as well as Ariana Groover, Sara Kapner and Alice Lee — who all appeared in the Off-Broadway revival of Bare — and Saycon Sengbloh (Motown, Fela!).

Directed by Max Friedman with music direction by Damien Bassman, the evening promised "an eclectic mix of material, ranging from funk rock classics to new work from up-and-coming musical theatre writers. The multimedia concert will showcase Ariana's versatility as an interpreter of stories through music and dance. A four-piece band will play musical director Damien Bassman's re-imagined arrangements of songs written or made famous by Shirley Bassey, Beth Hart, Annie Lennox, Prince, Drew Overcash, Diana Ross, Zack Zadek and many more."

Videography is by Shoshana Feinstein.

DeBose, who was a contestant on the reality television series "So You Think You Can Dance?," was also seen on Broadway as Nautica in Bring It On: The Musical. Click here to read her exclusive blog for Playbill.com about performing with both Broadway shows on this year's Tony Awards.
