News THE SCREENING ROOM: Katie Thompson's Lincoln Center Concert, With Matt Doyle, Molly Hager, Bryan Terrell Clark, Marty Thomas Broadway's Future Songbook Series — presented by Arts and Artists at St. Paul — continued April 28 with the music of composer-lyricist Katie Thompson. Here are highlights from the evening.

Produced by Erica Ruff, hosted by John Znidarsic and directed by Adam Jackman, the free evening was held in the Bruno Walter Auditorium at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center. 

Interpreting the songs of Thompson were Olithea Anglin, Bryan Terrell Clark, Matt Doyle, Molly Hager, Jonathan Hoard, Bonnie Milligan, Erik Sisco, Sam Tadaldi, Marty Thomas, Mariand Torres and Brandon Uranowitz.

Thompson has penned three albums: “What I’ve Done Right,” “KT LIVE” and “Private Page.” She has also written two musicals: R.R.R.E.D. A Secret Musical (The Grove in LA, and NYMF in NYC) and her current creation, Haunted, with Sara Montgomery writing the book. As an actress, she played the role of Vashti in Michael John LaChiusa’s Giant at The Public Theater and the Witch in Big Fish at the Oriental Theater in Chicago.
