GO→ Tony nominee John Tartaglia narrates a live concert version of the family favorite "A Charlie Brown Christmas" at Carnegie Hall. The New York Pops, under the baton of music director Steven Reineke, will play Vince Guaraldi's iconic score along with help from the Essential Voices USA. Dancers from the New York Theatre Ballet and kids from the TADA! Youth Theater are slated to portray Charles M. Schulz's famous Peanuts characters. LAST CHANCE→ The Black Suits composer, Joe Iconis, celebrates the holidays with his 6th annual Joe Iconis Christmas Spectacular. The regular "Smash" contributor brings his "merry band of musical theatre punks" — including Michael Cerveris, Susan Blackwell, Nick Blaemire, George Salazar and others — to 54 Below for a raucous good time full of cheer, booze, and (of course) music! LAST CHANCE→ It's your last chance to catch Ed Harris and Bill Pullman in Pulitzer Prize winner Beth Henley's latest Southern thriller The Jacksonian. Set in Jackson, MS, in 1964, Harris plays a respectable family man whose current shenanigans find him involved in a murder mystery in a seedy motel he now calls home. Directed by Robert Falls. GO→ Want to spice up your Christmas? Birdland has not one, but two Christmas shows on its calendar that are sure to spread the cheer. First up is Birdland's resident Cast Party host with the most, Jim Caruso, joined by Birdland regulars Billy Stritch and Klea Blackhurst, for A Swinging Birdland Christmas (6 PM). WATCH→ Barbra Streisand, Woody Allen, Tim Rice, Idina Menzel, Carole Bayer Sager, Kelli O'Hara, Ann-Margret and more remember the late, great Marvin Hamlisch in the PBS documentary "What He Did For Love." Terre Blair Hamlisch, Marvin's widow, is also featured in Dori Berinstein's sincere documentary about the iconic A Chorus Line, They're Playing Our Song and "The Way We Were" composer. (9 PM, PBS. GO→ The film adaptation of Tracy Letts' Pulitzer Prize- and Tony-winning opus August: Osage County hits theatres with an all-star Hollywood cast. Meryl Streep plays a matriarch with the meanest of mean streaks, Violet Weston.
