News Theater Talk Is Doubt-ful April 1 The April 1 broadcast of "Theater Talk," the PBS chat show that features interviews with top theatre writers and performers, will spotlight the new Broadway play Doubt.

Playwright John Patrick Shanley and Doubt's two co-stars, Cherry Jones and Brían F. O'Byrne, will all be on hand to discuss the play, which recently reopened at the Walter Kerr Theatre. Jones and O'Byrne play, respectively, a nun and a priest locked in a moral struggle over the well-being of one of the priest's young male students.

After a successful run Off-Broadway, Doubt now plays the Walter Kerr Theatre, 219 West 48th Street. Tickets are available by calling (212) 239-6200.

Hosted by New York Post theatre columnist Michael Riedel and producer Susan Haskins, "Theater Talk" airs Friday at 12:30 AM (Saturday morning) on WNET/Thirteen. The episode will be rebroadcast Monday, April 4 at 5 AM.
