PlayBlog Theatre Folk Nab Daytime Emmys Michael Park, who was recently seen Off-Broadway in the new musical The Burnt Part Boys, is among the recipients of the 2010 Daytime Emmy Awards.

Park earned his third Daytime Emmy nomination for his role as Jack Snyder on "As the World Turns," and took home the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series honor June 27.

The 37th annual Daytime Emmy Awards were held at the Las Vegas Hilton and aired live on CBS television. The awards show featured performances by such Las Vegas productions as The Lion King, Jersey Boys, Blue Man Group and Cirque du Soleil's KA.

Creative honors were presented to the late Eartha Kitt for Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program for Nickelodeon's "The Wonder Pets!";Larry Hochman, Billy Aronson and Jerry Bock for Outstanding Original Song for Children's and Animation for "The Wonder Pets!", which also took Outstanding Achievement in Music Direction and Composition (Jeffrey Lesser, Larry Hochman, J. Walter Hawkes, Martin Erskine, Bobby Lopez).
