News Tim Burke, Andrew Glaszek, Andy Halliday, John Kevin Jones, Rory Max Kaplan Cast in Off-Broadway's Nothing But Trash Casting has been announced for Theater for the New City's upcoming production of Andy Halliday’s Nothing But Trash, a satire of 1950’s teen-angst films and gay pulp fiction, which will begin performances March 6.

Opening night at Theater for the New City’s Community Space Theater (155 First Avenue) is scheduled for March 9. Performances will continue through March 23. Directed by G.R. Johnson, the cast will feature Tim Burke, Andrew Glaszek, Halliday, John Kevin Jones, Rory Max Kaplan, Tim McGarrigal, David Errigo, Jr., Jeffrey Vause and Steven Wenslawski.

"What happens when two beautiful teenage boys meet under the hot summer sun?" press notes ask. "Nothing good. In Nothing But Trash, the year is 1958 and Tab (McGarrigal) and Troy (Kaplan) are on the fast track to madness when their innocent love is destroyed by lies. Wrongly accused of a heinous crime, the boys must escape the horror of juvenile hall, or risk losing their sanity. And their lives!"

Regular-priced $20 tickets are now on sale at SmartTix.com or by calling (212) 868-4444. Subject to availability, Pay-What-You-Can tickets will be available at the box office only for Tuesday evening performances.
