The original musical features staff and crew from "Today," who auditioned with the Kander and Ebb classic "Cabaret," according to NBC. Gifford penned the piece that has orchestrations by David Wilde. Regis Philbin guest stars.
"Behold the magic of TODAY! The Musical, a fun and goofy tribute to all of the madness and mayhem that goes on behind the scenes of the show," NBC said.
