The reading — presented by the Ars Nova Theater and The Underwood Theater —  will play the Ars Nova Feb. 23 at 7 PM. Carolyn Cantor directs the work which is part of the weekly "Out Loud" reading series.

The cast of Outrage also features Greg Bratman (Measure for Measure), Michael Countryman (The Stendhal Syndrome), David Flaherty, Cody Nickell, Susan Pourfar (Iron) and Corey Stoll (Henry IV).

Outrage explores the question "What do Socrates, an Italian miller from the 16th Century, and Galileo have in common?" as "German playwright Bertolt Brecht guides a graduate student and his advisor through life's dissertations on truth, pride, and relationships," according to a release.

Moses penned the play Bach at Leipzig which won the Southwest Theatre Association New Play Award, the Dallas Playwrights Theatre New Play Award and the Playwrights Center of San Francisco New Play Award. The scribe is currently writing the book of a new musical by composer-lyricist Norman Noll.
