Invited guests will be seated before doors open to the general public for the tribute to Randall, who died May 18 at the age of 84. Randall founded The National Actors Theatre, a still continuing resident company that started with a goal to be a forum for classics on Broadway. The troupe has operated both on Broadway (Night Must Fall) and off (The Persians).

The afternoon memorial will include a video tribute, songs, a dance and memories from friends and colleagues.

The memorial will be hosted by James Naughton and will feature appearances or performances by Harry Belafonte, Jacques d'Amboise, David Dinkins, Charles Durning, Julie Harris, Marilyn Horne, Marthe Keller, Jack Klugman, Garry Marshall, Ben Vereen and Eli Wallach. John Tillinger will direct.

"Tony's life was centered around the arts," said Randall's friend and publicist Gary Springer. "The National Actors Theatre was his dream and his legacy. This memorial will celebrate his life, his passion and the future of the National Actors Theatre."
