News Tony Winner Dan Fogler Will Join Ryan Phillippe in ABC Drama Dan Fogler, who won a Tony Award for his performance in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, has joined the cast of the upcoming ABC series "Secrets & Lies," according to Deadline.com.

Fogler replaces Clifton Collins Jr. in the midseason drama, which stars Ryan Phillippe.

Phillippe plays Ben, "a family man who finds the body of a young boy and quickly becomes the prime murder suspect," Deadline.com reports.

Fogler will be seen as Dave, "a faded musician who can’t quite get his act together and lives in Ben and wife Christy’s (KaDee Strickland’s) guest house. He lives a cheerfully irresponsible life, has a great sense of humor and no filter. He suffers from a Peter Pan/never-grew-up syndrome but is a fundamentally a good guy and is unwavering in his support of Ben and his family."

An air date has yet to be announced.
