The 7:30 PM workshop will be held at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.

Brown, a Tony winner for his score to Parade, will work with Buckley's students to help them prepare for the concert presentation Story Songs IV, which will be held June 3 at the Modern Art Museum. The evening will feature some of Brown's music.

Buckley's Workshop welcomes high-school age, amateur and professional singers and actors. Auditors are also welcome and participate in the group exercises. Full participants enjoy one-on-one work with Buckley directing their songs or monologues. Buckley, according to a press release, is especially proud of her high school students, all of whom, through the work they have done in her past workshops, have been admitted to the universities and performing arts conservatories of their choice.

"It gives me such joy to assist the growth of my younger students and to facilitate the dreams of my mature students to step into their true potential. It is my privilege to pass along the tools given to me by my great teachers," Buckley said in a statement.

Betty Buckley, who was recently nominated for a Drama Desk Award for her performance in The Old Friends, offered acclaimed performances in Broadway's Sunset Boulevard, Carrie, Song & Dance, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, 1776, Triumph of Love and Promises, Promises. She won a Tony Award for her performance as Grizabella in the Broadway production of Cats, and she starred on the London stage in Promises, Promises, Dear World and Sunset Boulevard, earning an Olivier Award nomination for her work in the latter. Her screen credits are numerous.
