News Tony Winner Karen Ziemba Is a Musical Matchmaker in Drury Lane Theatre's Hello, Dolly!, Opening Oct. 24 Tony Award winner Karen Ziemba plays Dolly Gallagher Levi in the Drury Lane Theatre's production of the classic Jerry Herman musical Hello, Dolly!, which officially opens Oct. 24 following previews that began Oct. 17.

Directed by Rachel Rockwell, the production will continue through Jan. 5, 2014, at the Illinois venue.

The cast also features David Lively as Horace Vandergelder, Skyler Adams as Ambrose Kemper, Jeff Diebold as Cornelius Hackl, Emily Rohm as Irene Malloy, Maggie Portman as Minnie Fay, Laura Savage as Ermengarde, Lee Slobotkin as Barnaby Tucker, Holly Stauder as Ernestia and George Andrew Wolff as Rudolph with Kelsey Andres, David Baur, Jessica Blair, Bryan Connor, Betsy Ferrar, David Girolmo, Allyson Graves, Zachary L. Gray, Elizabeth Lanza, Alissa Robinson, Stephen Schellhardt, Will Skrip, Brittany Paige Snyder, Richard Strimer and Jared Titus.

Based on Thornton Wilder's 1955 play The Matchmaker, Hello, Dolly! features a book by Michael Stewart and music and lyrics by Herman. Song titles include "Put On Your Sunday Clothes," "Before the Parade Passes By" and "It Only Takes a Moment."

The production also has musical direction by Roberta Duchak, scenic design by Kevin Depinet, lighting design by Jesse Klug, costume design by Theresa Ham, sound design by Ray Nardelli, wig design by Rick Jarvie and prop design by Nick Heggestad.
