Center Stage
Sept. 9: Special guests are Susan Blackwell and Heidi Blickenstaff, who tell what it's been like to finally play their meta-musical [title of show] on Broadway.

This week's "Center Stage" debuts at 7 PM ET Tuesday, with repeats scheduled for (all times ET) 2 AM Wednesday, Sept. 10; 11 PM Wednesday, Sept. 10; 2 PM Thursday, Sept. 11; 11 AM Saturday, Sept. 13; and 4 PM Sunday, Sept. 14.

Edited versions of the "Center Stage" programs are available as podcasts.

Sept. 10: Playbill Radio goes backstage at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre to meet the new leads of Broadway's Spring Awakening, Hunter Parrish (Melchior) and Gerard Canonico (Moritz). Sept. 11: A tour through the career of songwriter Leslie Bricusse, composer of Stop the World—I Want to Get Off, The Roar of the Greasepaint—The Smell of the Crowd, Doctor Doolittle, and lyricist of Jekyll & Hyde and Victor/Victoria.

Each week's "Composer Spotlight" show debuts at 7 PM (ET) Thursday, with repeats scheduled for (all times ET) 2 AM Friday, Sept. 12; 11 PM Friday, Sept. 12; 8 PM Sunday, Sept. 14; and 2 PM Monday, Sept. 15.

"Theater Talk" on Playbill Radio
Sept. 13: Interview with Bartlett Sher, director of the Tony Award-winning revival of South Pacific,. Plus: encore of 1999 celebration of "South Pacific's 50th Anniversary," with Don Fellows and Ted Chapin. Features clips from both the 1949 and 2008 productions.

Each week's "Theater Talk" show debuts at 7 PM (ET) Saturday, with repeats scheduled for (all times ET) 11 PM Monday, Sept. 15; and 2 PM Tuesday, Sept. 16.
