Broadway News Two-Time Tony Winner Sutton Foster on Her Theatre Pet Peeve and Filming Younger’s Sexiest Scenes The star of the hit series Younger spills the details on taping sexy scenes, plus tales of new motherhood and her warning for theatregoers.

Broadway favorite and two-time Tony Award winner Sutton Foster stopped by the set of Harry, the daytime talk show hosted by Broadway’s Harry Connick, Jr., just before the airing of the season finale of her hit television series Younger.

While she is deeply enmeshed in the television scene now, Foster still had a plea for theatregoers. “If you go see a show, don’t look on your cell phone. Don’t text. If you’re looking at your phone the whole time, you’re not actually experiencing it, and that’s the whole point of live theatre.”

Aside from her TV show, Foster has been a bit busy as a new mom to her adopted six-month-old daughter, Emily. “It’s changed our life forever,” she says of her and her husband, screenwriter Ted Griffin. “We are learning as we’re going.” Foster also told the hilarious story of the first time she and her husband changed Emily’s diaper. For those of you who caught the Younger Season 4 finale September 13 on TV Land, you know Foster’s on-screen life is a bit more glamorous. Connick, Jr. asked her about filming the steamy sex scenes with co-stars Nico Tortorella and Peter Hermann. “It is definitely weird I get paid to make out with other people,” said Foster with a laugh.
