They'll be thrown into the fire in Half Hour 5: A Last Minute Concert, a show where even they don't know what they'll be singing before they step up to the microphone. The audience will get to vote on what song each performer will sing."

Half Hour 5 is produced by Shoshana Feinstein with musical direction by Benjamin Rauhala.

Feinstein and Karen Marshall started BroadwayUnderstudies.com as a way to "aggregate and celebrate the performances of Broadway's most under appreciated talent: the understudy."

The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located at 407 W. 42nd Street, inside the West Bank Cafe. Tickets are $10 when purchased in advance here or $15 cash only at the door. There is a $15 food-drink minimum.
