Two guys in Seattle are a two man line, waiting outside their local cinema for four months so they might be the first to buy a ticket for "Star Wars II: Attack of the Clones." Maybe they got the idea from Killing Jar Jar, or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Just Wait in Line, a new comedy from Canada's Untimely Ripped , playing April 4-28 at the Common Basis Theatre.

Mark and Julian are two losers spending the entire "historic" day of May 9, 1999 waiting to buy a ticket for "Star Wars I: The Phantom Menance." Convinced they are about to witness a moment of film history, they put up with the strange looks from passersby, the distain of their girlfriends and incredible boredom. But the question remains - is it really worth it?

Killing Jar Jar played the 2001 Montreal Fringe Festival as well as the 2nd Annual Canadian Star Wars Convention. The Untimely Ripped company, based in Montreal, has been recognized locally for their productions of Sexual Perversity in Chicago, Look Back in Anger, Boys Life and Leaf in the Mailbox, which traveled to the 2001 New York International Fringe Festival and garnered the FringeXcellence Award for Best Ensemble.
