News U.S. Composer Bobby Cronin to Be Celebrated in London Concert U.S. theatre composer/lyricist Bobby Cronin will have his work performed in a one-night London showcase, The Songs of Bobby Cronin, at the New Players Theatre Feb. 27, 2011, featuring a cast of leading West End performers including Simon Bailey, Rosalie Craig, Mark Evans, Hadley Fraser, Caroline Sheen and Liam Tamne.

Cronin is the composer/lyricist and co-book writer (with Alicia Dempster) of Welcome to My Life, and composer/lyricist of 'Til Death Do Us Part with book writer Allen Mogol; Cyrana, with a book by playwright Crystal Skillman; Caty Bridgewater for Step Theatre Company; and Daybreak, which will receive a NYC reading in mid-January. He is also a co-writer of That's Andy, has written music for the web series Thank You Next, and won the 2010 Midtown International Theatre Festival Award for his musical contribution to Ten Reasons I Won't Go Home With You (also nominated for Outstanding Musical). Cronin's songs have been performed across America, and his debut album "Reach The Sky" is available on iTunes and at www.BobbyCronin.com.

Simon Bailey (whose West End credits include Raoul in The Phantom of the Opera and the Donmar's Passion), Rosalie Craig (recently in the Menier's Aspects of Love), Mark Evans (soon to take over as Fiyero in the West End production of Wicked), Hadley Fraser (seen in The Fantasticks and the Les Miserables concert at the 02 Arena), Caroline Sheen (currently playing the title role in the U.S. tour of Mary Poppins) and Liam Tamne (Wicked, Hairspray) will be joined by other guests that include Natasha Barnes, Jye Frasca, Ashleigh Gray, Jodie Jacobs, Rebecca Lock, Ceili O'Connor and Katie Rowley Jones.
