PlayBlog Video of New Musical We Have Always Lived in the Castle The new musical We Have Always Lived in the Castle, based on Shirley Jackson's 1963 novel, is readying for its world premiere at the Yale Repertory Theatre Sept. 17.

Featuring music by Todd Almond (Girlfriend, On the Levee) and book/lyrics by playwright Adam Boch (The Receptionist, Drunken City), the musical explores the shadowy relationship between two wealthy sisters who live on a hill in a small New England town.

Yale Rep has released a video highlighting songs from the musical and interviews with the writers and director Anne Kauffman.
