Directed by Maggie Greenwald, the BCDF Pictures film is a fantasy teenage romance written by Peter Hutchings and Christina Mengert, based on a story by Claude Dal Farra. The cast also includes Sam Underwood, Nat Wolff and Jee Young Han.

"Rosmarie (Dukakis) and Abigail (Madsen) are the last survivors of an ancient line of goddess worshippers — women who have kept their traditions a secret from the world for centuries, and who have survived by making and selling art at the family shop, which is run by Abigail’s husband John (Quinn)," according to production notes. "When their teenage daughter Rhea (Mamet) falls in love with a poetically-inclined boy (Underwood) she begins to develop magical powers that lead her to discover the truth about the mysterious women in her family and the prophecy they have awaited for generations. When her magical secret is revealed, Rhea is torn between her desire to live a normal life and the responsibility she has to help a world teetering on the edge of disaster."

"The Art of Love" is produced by Claude Dal Farra, Carly Hugo, Matt Parker, Brice Dal Farra and Lauren Munsch, with executive producers Jonathan Burkhart and Peter Hutchings.
