Watch Judy Kuhn and Jeanine Tesori See How Many Colors They Can Bring to the Classic "Colors of the Wind" | Playbill

News Watch Judy Kuhn and Jeanine Tesori See How Many Colors They Can Bring to the Classic "Colors of the Wind" Can it really be 20 years since the animated Disney movie musical "Pocahontas" opened in cinemas and we first heard Judy Kuhn, as the singing voice of the title character, warble the anthem "Colors of the Wind"?

Well, apparently so. And, it's Broadway's good luck that Kuhn is back singing live on stage (to Tony-nominated effect) in the musical Fun Home.

To mark the milestone, Kuhn sat down with Tony-nominated Fun Home composer Jeanine Tesori to sing the Alan Menken/Stephen Schwartz song in various styles, to laugh, and maybe figure out what "the Blue Corn Moon" is exactly.

The film opened June 23, 1995.
