Miller, Mississippi began performances August 30 and bowed officially at the Dallas Theater Center in Texas September 6. Set in the 1960s, the play by Boo Killebrew, with direction by Lee Sunday Evans, tells the story of the Civil Rights movement’s arrival to Jackson, Mississippi, and the undoing of the Miller family as a result.

The play is scheduled to run through October 1.
