The performance will benefit The Alan Jay Lerner Fund for Cancer Research at The Royal Marsden. The Night of 1000 Voices has supported various charities since it was founded in1999 by its director/producer Hugh Wooldridge, and has previously taken place at the Royal Albert Hall. Now it moves to the London Coliseum for the first time.
The guest conductor is David Firman and the musical directors are Stuart Morley and Kevin Amos.
Guests will also include David Michael Johnson (from the German company of We Will Rock You) and the concert will be introduced by Sir Tim Rice. Further guests are still to be announced.
