Two-time Tony winner Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, La Cage aux Folles) has met with Larry Rudolph, manager of international pop star Britney Spears, to discuss utilizing her catalog of music in a theatrical production, according to Forbes.

Mitchell told the publication that the musical would not be autobiographical in nature, like his most recent show On Your Feet!. Instead, Spears' songs would be woven together to tell a fictional story, much like the international hit Mamma Mia!

Among Spears' hit songs are "Gimme More," "Oops!… I Did It Again," "Toxic," "Circus," "3," "Scream & Shout," "Womanizer," and "… Baby One More Time," among others. She is currently preparing to end her Las Vegas residency.

No other information has been announced about the project.
