Producers Sonia Friedman and Disney Theatrical Productions have eyed a New York arrival for the 2015-16 season, although no plans have been set.

Playwright Lee Hall adapted the work from Marc Norman and Tom Stoppard's screenplay. Previews began July 2 in the West End.

The cast includes Tom Bateman as Shakespeare and Lucy Briggs-Owen as Viola De Lessep with Ian Bartholomew as Tilney, Tony Bell as Ralph, Anna Carteret as Queen Elizabeth, Paul Chahidi as Henslowe, David Ganly as Burbage, Richard Howard as Sir Robert De Lesseps, Harry Jardine as Sam, Abigail McKern as Nurse, David Oakes as Marlowe, Patrick Osborne as Mr. Wabash, Alistair Petrie as Wessex, Doug Rao as Ned Alleyn, Ferdy Roberts as Fennyman and Colin Ryan as John Webster.

They are joined by an ensemble including Daisy Boulton, Ryan Donaldson, Janet Fullerlove, Sandy Murray, Timothy O’Hara, Thomas Padden, Elliott Rennie, Charlie Tighe and Tim Van Eyken, who will also be musical director. Gaiety plays Crab the dog. Visit ShakespeareInLove.com.
