News Williamstown Season to Feature Works by Sondheim, Wilder, Herzog, Gold and Smart Tony nominee Christopher Fitzgerald will star in the Williamstown Theatre Festival's summer production of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, while Our Town will feature acting couple Becky Ann Baker and Dylan Baker.

The 2010 main stage summer season at the award-winning Massachusetts theatre will begin with Forum, directed by wife Jessica Stone, June 30-July 11. Fitzgerald (Finian's Rainbow, Young Frankenstein) will star as Pseudolus in the musical that has a score by Stephen Sondheim and a book by Burt Shevelove and Larry Gelbart. WTF artistic director Nicholas Martin will stage Thornton Wilder's classic Our Town July 28-Aug. 8. The cast will feature Becky Ann Baker (All My Sons), Dylan Baker (God of Carnage), Jessica Hecht (A View from the Bridge) and Campbell Scott (The Spanish Prisoner).

On the Nikos Stage, Judy Gold's It's Jewdy's Show!, will run June 23-July 4 under the direction of Amanda Charlton. Following will be Amy Herzog's new play After the Revolution about three generations of a radically left family who gather in New York to celebrate a law school graduation.

Mat Smart's Samuel J. and K., about a young man who surprises his adopted brother with a trip to his birth country, will also play the Nikos Stage. Justin Waldman will direct.

Two additional main stage productions have yet to be announced. Dates for the Nikos Stage (and one more production) will be announced shortly.
