PlayBlog Women of "Nine" Are Vogue Cover Girls The anticipated Rob Marshall film adaptation of the Tony-winning musical Nine may have delayed its in-theatre arrival until December, but Vogue Magazine will offer fans a behind-the-scenes look at the film in its November issue.

Acclaimed photographer Annie Leibovitz captured leading ladies Nicole Kidman, Penelope Cruz, Marion Cotillard and Kate Hudson for the November cover of Vogue, which also promises a look at what it was like on the set of the movie musical that has a score by Tony winner Maury Yeston.

"Nine," which stars Daniel Day-Lewis as film director Guido Contini, is slated to arrive in theatres Dec. 18. Vogue's online hub, Style.com, affords us a look at Leibovitz and the women in Guido Contini's life during a photo shoot on the beaches of California.
