Emmy Award-winning "Glee" star Jane Lynch hosts the ceremony, which is broadcast live beginning at 8 PM ET on Fox. Marguerite Derricks, whose choreography credits include Wonderland and A Class Act, choreographs.

Presenters include Lea Michele ("Glee," Spring Awakening), Ian Somerhalder (Off-Broadway's Dog Sees God), Julianna Margulies (Festen), Sofia Vergara (Chicago), Loretta Devine (Hair, Dreamgirls), Paul McCrane (The Iceman Cometh), Gwyneth Paltrow ("Glee"), Katie Holmes (All My Sons), William H. Macy (Speed-the-Plow), Claire Danes (Pygmalion), Kerry Washington (Race), Jimmy Fallon, Hugh Laurie, Drew Barrymore, Maria Bello, David Boreanaz, Annie Ilonzeh, Minka Kelly, Jimmy Kimmel, Anna Paquin, David Spade, Rachael Taylor, Anna Torv, Scott Caan, Bryan Cranston, Jason O'Mara, Amy Poehler, Will Arnett, Zooey Deschanel, Ashton Kutcher, Melissa McCarthy, Don Cheadle, Kaley Cuoco and Rob Lowe.

A host of shows, many of which count prominent theatre actors among their casts, received over ten nominations, including "Mildred Pierce," "Mad Men," "Boardwalk Empire," "Modern Family," "Saturday Night Live," "Game of Thrones," "30 Rock," "Glee," "Downton Abbey," "Too Big To Fail," "American Idol" and "The Kennedys."

In addition, many Broadway solo shows that were filmed for television also made the list this year, including Carrie Fisher's Wishful Drinking, Colin Quinn: Long Story Short, The Pee-wee Herman Show on Broadway and Laurence Fishburne for his performance in Thurgood.

Loretta Devine, Gywneth Paltrow, Harry Connick, Jr, the 64th Annual Tony Awards, the Kennedy Center Honors and Sondheim! The Birthday Concert were also recognized as winners of the Creative Emmy Awards, which were presented Sept. 10. Devine received the Emmy for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series for "Grey's Anatomy"; Paltrow received the Emmy for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for "Glee"; Connick, Jr took Outstanding Musical Direction for "Harry Connick Jr., In Concert On Broadway"; the Tonys received the Emmy for Outstanding Special Class Program and Outstanding Writing for a Music, Variety or Comedy Special; the Kennedy Center Honors took the Emmy for Outstanding Music, Variety or Comedy Special; and Lonny Price earned the Emmy for Outsanding Direction for a Music, Variety or Comedy Special for Sondheim! The Birthday Concert.
