News A New Lady of the Spa to Flow Into Broadway's Nine When Deidre Goodwin returns to Broadway's Chicago June 24, the current revival of Nine will gain a new Lady of the Spa, Jacqueline Hendy.

Hendy made her Broadway debut in the 2001 revival Follies as the young Solange. Other regional credits include Man of La Mancha, Sweeney Todd, Jack or the Submission and A Little Night Music. Goodwin, will play her final performance in Nine, June 22. Hendy is expected to start June 24.

The new David Leveaux staging of Nine stars Antonio Banderas making his Broadway debut as the show's focal character Guido Contini opposite a cast of women including Chita Rivera, Jane Krakowski, Laura Benanti and Mary Stuart Masterson.

The production received eight 2003 Tony Award nominations including nods for Banderas, Krakowski, Rivera, Masterson, Leveaux, orchestrator Jonathan Tunick, lighting designer Brain MacDevitt and for Best Revival of a Musical.
