News Alec Baldwin and Kevin Spacey Will Fight For World Power in "Boss Baby" Alec Baldwin and Kevin Spacey, known for playing powerful men on "30 Rock" and "House of Cards," respectively, will battle each other for the title of World's Best Boss in DreamWorks Animation's "Boss Baby," according to Deadline.com.

The film, which is inspired by Marla Frazee's 2010 picture book, will feature Baldwin as a baby and Spacey as corporate villain Francis E. Francis. Tom McGrath will direct the film, which is written by Michael McCullers. It will be released March 18, 2016.

Baldwin, a Tony Award nominee for A Streetcar Named Desire, has been seen in Loot, Serious Money, Twentieth Century and Orphans. He is an Academy Award nominee for "The Cooler" and an Emmy Award winner for "30 Rock." His screen credits also include "Blue Jasmine" and "It's Complicated."

Spacey has served as artistic director of the Old Vic Theatre in London since 2003. His Broadway credits include The Iceman Cometh, a Tony-winning performance in Lost in Yonkers, Long Day's Journey Into Night, Hurlyburly and Ghosts. He won Academy Awards for his performances in "The Usual Suspects" and "American Beauty," and his film credits also include "Horrible Bosses," "Margin Call" and "Beyond the Sea."
