News Alice Ripley's Daily Practice Will Play Don't Tell Mama and the Laurie Beechman Tony Award winner Alice Ripley, who was last seen Off-Broadway in the MCC Theater production of Wild Animals You Should Know, will play a series of concerts in New York City beginning Jan. 9 at Don't Tell Mama.

Alice Ripley’s Daily Practice, which features Ripley on vocals and guitar—along with surprise guests—will play Don’t Tell Mama (343 West 46th Street) Jan. 9 and 30 at 9:15 PM.

Her concert will also play the Laurie Beechman Theatre (407 West 42nd Street) Jan. 16, Jan. 22 and Jan. 24 at 9:30 PM.

Audiences can expect to hear acoustic versions of “Who Will Love Me As I Am” from Side Show, “I’ve Been” from Next to Normal and “Pinball Wizard” from The Who’s Tommy, all Broadway shows in which Ripley was a member of the original casts.

Ripley, who won a Tony for her performance in Next to Normal, has also appeared on stage in The Rocky Horror Show, James Joyce's The Dead and Sunset Boulevard.
