News Atlantic's One-Act Fest 10x25 Has New Plays by Ethan Coen, David Auburn, David Mamet, Tina Howe Atlantic Theater Company has announced internationally-known playwrights, actors, directors and designers for its 10x25 collection of 25 ten-minute plays to run May 18-June 26. John Guare, David Mamet, Sam Shepard, Tina Howe, Jeff Whitty are among participating writers.

The works will be offered in three separate series presented at Atlantic Stage 2. This all-commissioned one-act festival by 25 playwrights who have been produced by Off-Broadway's ATC since 1985 concludes the company's 25th anniversary season.

According to ATC, "10x25 will unite and reunite Atlantic ensemble members, playwrights, and frequent guest actors and directors in three separate offerings of ten minute plays, which will run the gamut of theatrical styles and content."

10x25 will feature new works by David Auburn, Leslie Ayvazian, Annie Baker, Stephen Belber, Bekah Brunstetter, Moira Buffini, Jez Butterworth, Ethan Coen, Kia Corthron, Tom Donaghy, John Guare, Kevin Heelan, Tina Howe, Craig Lucas, David Mamet, Peter Parnell, David Pittu, Keith Reddin, Kate Robin, Kate Moira Ryan, Edwin Sanchez, Sam Shepard, Lucy Thurber, Jeff Whitty and Bill Wrubel.

Featured actors include Talia Balsam, Reed Birney, Kate Blumberg, Larry Bryggman, Michael Chernus, Nick Choksi, John Early, Kathryn Erbe, Aaron Farenback-Brateman, Mikaela Feely-Lehmann, Glenn Fitzgerald, David Fonteno, Lisa Gorlitsky, Zackary Grady, Kristin Griffith, Rick Holmes, Michelle Hurst, Kristen Johnston, Jordan Lage, Peter Maloney, Mary McCann, Ben McKenzie, Rod McLachlan, Tim Blake Nelson, Stephen Park, Mary Beth Peil, David Pittu, Susan Pourfar, Omar Sangare, Christa Scott-Reed, Danielle Slavick, Joey Slotnick, Greg Stuhr, Ray Anthony Thomas, Maria Tucci and Jeff Whitty, with direction by Leslie Ayvazian, Annie Baker, Jaime Castaneda, Jackson Gay, Hilary Hinckle, Karen Kohlhaas, Matt McGrath, Christian Parker, Neil Pepe, David Pittu, Anya Saffir, Lucie Tiberghien, Todd Weeks and Scott Zigler.

The creative team includes scenic designer Riccardo Hernandez, costume designer Katja Andreiev, lighting designer Eric Southern and sound designer Tony Smolenski IV. 10x25 runs at Atlantic Stage 2 (330 West 16th Street) in three series, May 18-June 26. Each series runs two weeks: Wednesday-Sunday at 7:30 the first week, Tuesday-Saturday at 7:30 the second week, with Saturday and Sunday matinees each week at 2:30.
