Lynn Nottage's comical look at downward mobility will begin previews at the Maryland venue Jan. 28 with an official opening Feb. 4. Performances will continue through March 8.
Belcon, under the direction of Jackson Gay, will be joined onstage by Jerome Preston Bates, Crystal A. Dickinson, Richard Gallagher, Frank Harts, Robert Montano, Maria-Christina Oliveras and Lizan Mitchell.
"Undine Barnes Calles is watching her high life derail," according to press notes. "This formerly saditty PR maven suddenly finds herself embarrassingly downwardly mobile: pregnant, divorced, broke—and with no choice but to face her roots and head home to her family in the projects to regroup."
