In New Orleans, a mother is faced with a revelation brought about by her young niece. Williams' play follows the struggle between the two women, one who wants to stifle the discovery.

Suddenly stars Anita Gillette, Tertia Lynch, Peter Hermann, Angela Bullock, Marion McCorry, David MacNamara and Lianne Kressin. Elinor Renfield directs, replacing director Rob Ruggiero, who withdrew due to illness.

The creative team include set designer John Coyne, lighting designer Jeff Croiter, sound designer Joe Jurchak and Lora Lavon, costume designer.

Following Suddenly, in an odd turn, BSC presents a play that was submitted anonymously with a note stating the playwright attended their production of Suzanne Bradbeer's Full Bloom, enjoyed it and would be honored for BSC to premiere the show.
