The American Theatre Wing's Fall "Working in the Theatre" seminars will feature several hot names of the season, including Douglas Carter Beane, Savion Glover, Susan Stroman, Boyd Gaines, Kristin Chenoweth and Marin Mazzie.

Oct. 26, the playwrights, directors and choreographs seminar, moderated by Pia Lindstrom and George C. White, will take place. Beane (The Country Club), Glover (Keep Bangin'), Long Wharf artistic director Doug Hughes and John Pielmeier (Voices in the Dark) will discuss their most recent works.

The production seminar Oct. 27 will focus on the fall's hot Lincoln Center production, Contact. Andre Bishop, Bernard Gersten, Thomas Scott, Susan Stroman and John Weidman will talk about how the dance-play came to its present hit existence.

Moderated by Tish Dace, the Oct. 27 seminar will discuss the design work of David Hays, legendary sound designer Abe Jacob (Hair, Jesus Christ Superstar), special effects designer Gregory Meeh (an award winner for An Inspector Calls) and costumer Ann Roth.

The most popular panel, the performance seminar, features Bryan Batt (Saturday Night Fever), Kristin Chenoweth (Epic Proportions), Boyd Gaines, Deborah Yates (Contact), Tom Wopat (Annie Get Your Gun) and Marin Mazzie (Kiss Me, Kate). Theodore Chapin moderates. All seminars are from 11 AM-1 PM, except the Design Seminar, which runs 2-4 PM. Studio seating is limited.
