News Bogardus, Seldes, Testa and More Join Benefit Evening for Blazer's Artist's Crossing Several of the theatre's leading writers and performers will take part in an evening to benefit The Artist's Crossing, a new theatre company and school co-founded by Titanic's Judith Blazer.

In addition to Blazer, the March 21 evening at The Union Theological Seminary will boast the talents of Stephen Bogardus, Maureen Brennan, Lovette George, Ricky Ian Gordon, Sean Martin Hingston, Tom Jones, Gerry McIntyre, Dana Moore, Rozz Morehead, Sara Rice, Marian Seldes, Diane Sutherland and Mary Testa. The performance will feature the work of Ricky Ian Gordon, Richard Greenberg and Joseph Thalken; the latter is also the benefit's musical director. A champagne reception will kick off the evening at 6:30 PM with the concert scheduled for 7 PM.

Co-founded by Blazer, Joseph Bates and Landon Scott Heimbach, The Artist's Crossing, according to production notes, "is dedicated to promoting, cultivating and fostering young talent by bringing together a diverse group of seasoned artists to mentor and guide them through workshops, the creation of new works and productions of existing repertoire."

Tickets, priced at $100, are available by calling (212) 561-0366. The Union Theological Seminary is located at 3041 Broadway at 121st Street. A champagne reception will kick off the evening at 6:30 PM with the concert scheduled for 7 PM.
