Writer and performer Eric Bogosian, who got his start doing monologues in downtown, Off-Off-Broadway theatres, will appear in downtown Manhattan, tonight (March 13), "discussing and signing copies of" his new book, the screenplay to subUrbia. He'll be at Tower Records, East 4th & Lafayette Sts., starting at 7 PM. A Tower spokesperson said he'll stay at least an hour. subUrbia the play ran for 113 performances Off-Broadway in 1994. Bogosian's solo works include Pounding Nails In The Floor With My Forehead, Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll and Talk Radio, which was also adapted into a film. In November 1996, Bogosian workshopped his latest piece, The Saint Lenny Blow-Up Party Doll Orgy Song, as a benefit for NY's Performance Space 122.
