News   Born for Broadway Benefit Concert Will Be Held at 54 Below
The fourth annual Born for Broadway celebrity cabaret, which raises money for paralysis-based organizations, will be presented Sept. 30 at 54 Below.

Tony nominee Marcia Milgrom Dodge will direct the evening with musical direction by Lawrence Yurman. Doors will open at 8:45 PM for the 9:30 PM performance.

Hosts and performers will be announced at a later date.

Born for Broadway was created ten years ago as a student-sponsored cabaret at Marymount Manhattan College, where founder and executive producer Sarah Galli was enrolled as a performance major. She created the show as a way to give back after her brother, Jeff, suffered a spinal cord injury in 1998 in a diving accident.

Born's mission is to engage college campuses across the nation in raising funds for paralysis related organizations.

54 Below is located at 254 W. 54th St. Tickets are now for sale, ranging from $40-$150. For ticket sales and more information, visit
